The SUPER MOON

I present to you the SUPER MOON series.

I was stunned at the drama I witnessed at 9 pm. It was an overwhelming experience. I could not shoot her without praising her aloud! The clouds parted beautifully like the stage curtains and she graced the silent earth with her radiance. Oh Maaaaah!

 SHE IS TO DIE FOR!

FOOTNOTE: Of course I have not captured the magnificent craters of the moon. I need to learn the right settings. I will soon! Check out the series here for it appears very noisy in blogger.

Don't take this personally, but I think you shouldn't have edited the image so much. Rather you should have let the natural radiance of the moon shine through.

Right now the moon looks artificial

@kunal : Hi Kunal! I genuinely thank you for your honest opinion. I understand that the moo looks artificial. But that was how it got clicked. If you had read the footnote, you would have understood where I had gone wrong. The initial settings that are required to capture the right amount of light wsn't right. Hence it turned out to be a over exposed image. I converted the photo into B/W, increased the contrast (which resulted in sharper circle) and sharpened the overall image. I hope to learn the right settings and capture its true beauty.
